DIGITAL SUCCESS ACADEMY (DSA)

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “Reseller”, “User”) and Hustle Media LTD, operator of Digital Success Academy (DSA).
By purchasing, accessing, integrating, or reselling DSA, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Digital Success Academy (DSA) is a multilingual digital marketing education program available in:
English
French
Spanish
Portuguese
Arabic
Italian
German
Members receive lifetime access and continuous updates.
Live coaching is conducted primarily in English and French.
3. LICENSE & RESALE RIGHTS
Upon enrollment, Members receive:
Personal access to the program
A limited resale and integration license
Resale rights are granted immediately upon joining.
Members may resell DSA from Day 1, including if:
They purchased DSA using installment payments
Their personal DSA payment plan is not yet completed
However, Members remain fully liable for completing their own DSA payment obligations.
Failure to complete personal installment payments may result in suspension of access and resale rights.
4. MINIMUM SALE PRICE
The minimum authorized resale price of DSA is:
€497 (EUR markets)
$497 (USD markets)
Under no circumstances may DSA be sold below this minimum price unless an official promotion is announced by Hustle Media LTD.
5. OFFICIAL PROMOTIONS
When Hustle Media LTD launches an official promotion or discount:
The promotional price applies globally
All resellers must respect the official discounted price
No independent promotions below the official promotional rate are permitted
6. FLEXIBLE PRICING ABOVE MINIMUM
Members are authorized to resell DSA at any price equal to or above the minimum price, including but not limited to:

€1,997
€4,997
€10,000+
Resellers may:
Rebrand the offer
Bundle DSA into a premium program
Add coaching or services
Create a unique positioning
There is no maximum resale price.
7. FIXED ONBOARDING FEE STRUCTURE (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
Regardless of the resale price charged by the Member:
The amount owed to DSA per sale is fixed at:
€75 for sales conducted in EUR
$75 for sales conducted in USD
This amount represents 15% of the base minimum price of €497 / $497.
Important:
Even if a Member sells DSA for:
€997
€3,000
€5,000
€10,000
The amount payable to DSA remains strictly:
€75 or $75 per sale.
This fixed onboarding fee is non-negotiable and applies to every direct sale outside the official affiliate system.
8. PAYMENT OBLIGATION & DECLARATION
For every direct sale:
The fixed onboarding fee (€75 / $75) must be paid immediately after the sale
Payment must be processed through official DSA internal payment links
The sale must be declared for onboarding validation
Failure to remit the fixed onboarding fee constitutes contractual breach and may result in:
Immediate suspension
Revocation of resale rights
Legal enforcement
9. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Regardless of branding or program naming:
The term “DSA” or “Digital Success Academy (DSA)” must appear clearly on:
The checkout page
OR
The invoice
OR
The official payment receipt
If “DSA” does not appear on proof of payment, onboarding may be refused.
10. AFFILIATE OPTION
Members may alternatively use official DSA affiliate links.
Under the affiliate model:
Commission equals 85% of the sale price
DSA retains 15%
Installments are allowed
Tracking is automatic
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All DSA content remains the exclusive property of Hustle Media LTD.
Resellers may integrate and distribute access legally but may not:
Claim ownership of DSA materials
Copy core frameworks as independent products
Sell unauthorized replicas
12. NO REFUND POLICY
All DSA purchases are final.
No refunds are issued once access is granted.
Resellers are solely responsible for managing refunds toward their own clients.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DSA provides educational content only.
We do not guarantee:
Income
Financial success
Business results
All results depend on individual execution.
14. TERMINATION
Hustle Media LTD reserves the right to terminate access for:
Selling below minimum price
Failure to remit €75 / $75
Fraudulent reporting
Intellectual property violations
Misrepresentation
Termination may occur without notice or refund.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
